My name is Matt Wilson, director of Pro-Staff for JDC Bait Company. We as most success company's, see a need to establish guidelines to help grow the company into an industry leader. In order for the Pro-Staff program to work with great success, it and it's members must assist in promoting JDC Bait Company to the top of the fishing industry. Our Pro-Staff personnel are responsible to help JDC Baits establish it's goals. Pro-Staff positions will require dedicated personal that have goals and a love for fishing, as well a interest in becoming part of the JDC Baits family.
